Our team have worked for large entities on landmark projects prior to Proman
with both residential and commercial renovations, heritage redevelopments, a big central city retail centre, repurposed with a 2,500 m2 Rebel Sport mega store, a flagship Jetts gym and a new Platypus Shoes store.
We've also designed and built several character office projects, a unique classic car garaging facility and Ferrari specialist workshop / cafe, and an 86 unit niche residential development in a heritage listed Art Deco building, and a luxury penthouse residence occupying the entire top floor of the iconic Metropolis apartment building in central Auckland, New Zealand.
Our years of experience can provide you with the necessary creative input without the disproportionately high architectural costs that can often be incurred when the client makes a number of changes during the design phase and also guard against cost blowouts in the construction process.
